Greenbush Enrollment Form

The option of PSU credit is available only at the beginning of the workshop. College credits are broken down into .5 hr segments with a 1-day workshop = .5 credit hour, 2-day workshop = 1 credit hour.

1. Apply online to Pittsbrug State University at https://www.pittstate.edu/apply.html. Graduate admission (for those who have earned a bachelor degree) will apply as a non-degree seeking graduate student. There is no application fee. Submit your unofficial transcript or Kansas teaching license to jsmiller@pittstate.edu OR upload at the bottom of the enrollment form.
2. Your PSU transcript will reflect all workshops you attend for credit each semester. A maximum of three credit hours per semester is available.
